PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY REGISTERING FOR, ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE SITE AND/OR PARTICIPATING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS, INCLUDING ANY ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND FUTURE MODIFICATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "TERMS"). Welcome to Soccer United Marketing, LLC’s ("SUM" or “Sponsor”) 2026 Leagues Cup Gaming Hub website located at http://leaguescup.com/gamehub ("Site") that allows you to play games and make predictions on the outcome of the 2026 Leagues Cup soccer tournament matches for the opportunity to win prizes (the "Promotion") as well as access professional soccer related news and information. The Promotion currently consists of five (5) separate games where you can participate against others. The Site is hosted and managed by SUM.

These Terms are a legal contract between you, an individual customer, member, or user ("you" or “Entrant” or, collectively, "Users"), and SUM regarding your use of the Site and participation in the Game. By playing the Game, each Entrant accepts and agrees to accept and be bound by these Terms and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Games
The Promotion will consist of the following five (5) games; (i) 2026 Leagues Cup Bracket Challenge; (ii) Matchday Play Predictor; (iii) Man of the Match Fan Vote; (iv) Spin the Wheel; and (v) Take Your Shot (each, a “Game”).

Promotion Period: 

The Leagues Cup Gaming Hub will be available beginning at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 3, 2026 through on September 6, 2026 prior to kickoff of the final Leagues Cup 2026 soccer tournament match (the “Promotion Period”). The 2026 Leagues Cup Bracket Challenge Game start and end time will differ from the other four (4) Games and begin at 10:00 AM ET on June 2, 2026 and end at 7:15 PM ET on August 4, 2026 prior to kickoff of the first Leagues Cup 2026 soccer tournament match (“Bracket Challenge Entry Period”).

Eligibility:

To participate in the Promotion, you must be an individual who resides in one of the fifty (50) United States of America, the District of Columbia, Mexico, or Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) and must be at least 18 years of age (each, an “Entrant”). To be eligible to win prizes, you must be at least 18 years of age.

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of SUM, its member professional football clubs, Major League Soccer, L.L.C. ("MLS"), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), Player Development, LLC (“PDEV” and together with MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, collectively, the “SUM Entities”), teamDigital Promotions, Inc., Federación Mexicana de Futbol (“FMF” or “Mexican National Team”) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, sponsors, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to win a prize. Such excluded employees and family members may participate in this Promotion, but they WILL NOT be eligible to receive any prizes.

All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws apply.

Entrants who do not comply with any of the requirements of these Rules or any other applicable Terms are not eligible to participate or win a prize.

How To Create an Account:

Visit the Site during the Promotion Period and follow the links to sign up for or login to an existing MLS account, which may be accomplished using a social network login at the Site (an “Account”). Once logged in with an Account, you will then be asked to accept these Terms. Entry names that are considered offensive, in the sole discretion of SUM, are not permitted. Any entry name deemed offensive may be blocked from participating in the Promotion and/or winning any prize. However, you will be provided the limited opportunity to change an offensive name within a time period set by SUM. The entry registration form must be completed accurately and in its entirety.

Once you have successfully registered an Account, you may use the Site to participate in the Promotion. Only completed and submitted entries shall be eligible for a prize.

The Released Parties and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, late, delayed, undelivered or misdirected registrations, Accounts, entries, points, match winner selections, and submissions; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, submissions or registrations; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including, but not limited to, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; errors or ambiguity in these Terms, in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials; the selection or announcement of potential winners or the distribution of prizes; the cancellation, suspension or preemption of MLS games, injuries or other unavailability of players, scoring tabulation or timing errors or other problems or errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise.

How To Play the Games:

(i) 2026 Leagues Cup Bracket Challenge – The opportunity to participate in the 2026 Leagues Cup Bracket Challenge will solely take place during the Bracket Challenge Entry Period and will be subject to the 2026 Leagues Cup Bracket Challenge Official Rules available here: https://www.leaguescup.com/legal/gamehub/. Points will be calculated as specified within the 2026 Leagues Cup Bracket Challenge Official Rules and added to the Gaming Hub leaderboard.

(ii) Matchday Predictor – The opportunity to participate in a Matchday Predictor game will open twenty-four (24) hours before the start of a Leagues Cup match and be locked prior to kickoff of that match. For each Leagues Cup match, Entrant will be presented with four (4) questions relating to the applicable match. To submit predictions, an entrant must be registered and logged in on the Site with a valid MLS ID. Ten (10) points are awarded for each correct prediction. Points will be calculated for each match and added to the Gaming Hub leaderboard. An Entrant may make changes to his/her picks and then follow the instructions and click the button provided again to re-save the respective updated submission, including after it is submitted. Once the prediction window is locked when a match begins, predictions are not able to be edited. An incomplete submission does not constitute a valid submission and will not be accepted.

(iii) Man of the Match Fan Vote – The opportunity to participate in a Man of the Match Fan Vote will open during or around halftime of the applicable match, at a time determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; however, the exact opening time may vary and the poll will be locked prior to kickoff of that match. Each Leagues Cup match will have a corresponding Man of the Match Fan Vote poll. For each Leagues Cup match, Entrant will be presented with five (5) players to nominate for their Man of the Match Fan Vote. To submit a poll submission, an Entrant must be registered and logged in on the Site with a valid MLS ID. Ten (10) points will be awarded for each poll submitted by an Entrant. Points will be calculated for each match and added to the Gaming Hub leaderboard. Only one (1) submission per person/Account per poll.

(iv) Spin the Wheel – The opportunity to participate in the Spin the Wheel Game will take place throughout the Promotion Period. Entrant may visit the Site during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to spin the virtual wheel a maximum of three (3) times per calendar day. Entrant will receive either zero (0) points or the number of points specified on the wheel following the conclusion of each applicable spin. For avoidance of doubt, each spin of the wheel does not guarantee the award of points. Points will be calculated for each spin and added to the Gaming Hub leaderboard.

(v) Take Your Shot – The opportunity to participate in the Take Your Shot Game will take place throughout the Promotion Period. Entrant may visit the Site during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to take a maximum of five (5) virtual kicks per play and may play an unlimited number of times per calendar day. For each virtual goal scored, an Entrant will receive a minimum of zero (0) and a maximum of six hundred (600) points, depending on the shot. Points will be calculated and added to the Gaming Hub leaderboard.

Leaderboard Scoring and Winner Determination:

The Promotion is devised as a non-gambling game and is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Entrant will be awarded points based on how the Entrant performs throughout all of the Games. A leaderboard will be made available on the Site throughout the Promotion Period.

At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the one (1) Entrant who accumulates the most points throughout the Bracket Challenge Entry Period and the Promotion Period combined for all Games will receive the First Prize outlined in the Prize section below, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. The one (1) Entrant with the second most points will receive the Second Prize outlined in the Prize section below, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. The one (1) Entrant with the next most points will receive the Third Prize outlined in the Prize section below, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. The one (1) Entrant with the next most points will receive the Fourth Prize outlined in the Prize section below, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. The one (1) Entrant with the next most points will receive the Fifth Prize outlined in the Prize section below, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.

The tabulation of points and identification of potential winners will be conducted by judges whose decisions, along with Sponsor’s, are final and binding with respect to these Terms and in all other matters relating to this Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the person named on the Account regardless of whether that is the authorized account holder of the email address from which said registration form was submitted (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Terms).

In the event that any match is canceled, suspended (and not resumed) or preempted (and not resumed) for any reason during the Leagues Cup 2026, prizes as outlined below will be awarded based on points accumulated for any/all Games that are counted as final.

In the event eligible prize Entrants are tied at the conclusion of the Promotion, ties will be broken as follows:

Tiebreaker Rules:

Tiebreakers will be determined as follows: The first Entrant to achieve the tied score in question during the Promotion Period, as determined by Sponsor, in their sole discretion.

Total ARV of all prizes: $14,750.00. Limit one (1) prize per person/Account.

Prize Details:

Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of prizes not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, federal, state, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), are each winner’s sole responsibility. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. SUM reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater monetary value if for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these Terms. SUM reserves the right to withhold any taxes as required by applicable law.

The Promotion Period Grand and Second Prize winners will be required to supply a Social Security number (or, in Canada, a Social Insurance Number), Taxpayer ID, or fill out other forms prior to the award of any prize. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value as determined by Sponsor. Prize images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes may vary. The Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s), or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. No more than the stated prize(s) will be awarded. Gift cards are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by the issuer. Gift cards may be awarded as a digital code.

Notification of Winners:

Potential Winners will be notified via email within ten (10) business days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Potential Winners receiving a Prize may be required to supply a Social Security number (or, in Canada, a Social Insurance Number) and/or Taxpayer ID, and/or complete, sign, and return all documentation required by Sponsor in its sole discretion (except where prohibited by law) (collectively, "Documentation"), which may include an affidavit of eligibility, declaration, publicity release, liability waiver, and/or prize claim form. All Documentation must be received by the deadline date communicated to the potential Winners at the time of notification of winning. Sponsor is not responsible for Documentation not received within the required timeframe.

If a potential Winner is a resident of Canada or Mexico, such potential Winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question in order to be declared a Winner. In the event: (a) a potential Winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted based on the contact information provided in the Entry; (b) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods; (c) a potential Winner is found to be ineligible to enter this Game or receive the given Prize; (d) a potential Winner cannot or does not comply with the Terms; (e) any email notification to a potential Winner is returned as undeliverable for whatever reason; (f) a potential Winner fails to timely return to Sponsor the fully completed and executed Documentation; or (g) the potential Winner declines to receive the Prize to be awarded for whatever reason, the potential Winner shall be disqualified from this Game and the applicable Prize will go unawarded.

The names of the Winners may also be obtained by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Soccer United Marketing, LLC, 2 Pennsylvania Plaza, 15th Floor, New York, New York 10121.

Miscellaneous:

Except where prohibited by law, a Winner's acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the Released Parties to use such Winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media for any purpose (including advertising and publicity purposes), in perpetuity, without further compensation.

The Released Parties and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, late, delayed, undelivered or misdirected downloads, installations, registrations, usernames, Game points, theft, destruction, failures or malfunctions of phones/mobile devices (including wireless phones/handsets or other wireless devices), phone lines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including, but not limited to, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Game; errors or ambiguity in these Terms, in any Game-related advertisements or other materials; the selection or announcement of potential winners or the distribution of prizes; the cancellation, suspension or preemption of matches, scoring tabulation or timing errors or other problems or errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise.

The Released Parties, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to: (1) disqualify any Entrant (and void such Entrant's points) who tampers with the submission process, the operation of the Promotion or any other component of this Promotion, or who is otherwise in violation of these Terms; and (2) modify, suspend or terminate this Game (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion. The Released Parties reserve the right to halt or modify the Promotion at any time if events beyond its control compromise the Game's fairness or integrity.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

The Released Parties reserve the right to modify these Terms for clarification purposes without materially affecting the Promotion. This is a Promotion designed to increase consumer awareness of and interest in Major League Soccer.

In the event that the Promotion is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, the Released Parties reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Promotion (or any corresponding Game), or to disqualify Entrants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the Released Parties and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, sponsors, directors, members, officers, employees, agents and independent contractors shall have no liability to any Entrant who is disqualified due to such an action.

When you use certain features, you will be asked to log in to your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree that the information you provide during the Account registration process and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (e.g., in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your account ID, password, or any credit, debit or charge card number, if applicable), then you agree to immediately notify MLS Customer Service (feedback@mlssoccer.com).

Inappropriate League Communication:

League chat is available for you to communicate with other Entrants. Entrants shall not post or send messages that could be construed as offensive. If the Released Parties determine, in their sole discretion, that an Entrant is engaging in inappropriate league communication, the Released Parties reserve the right to disqualify that Entrant from participating in the Promotion.

Release and Indemnity:

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AND EACH OF YOUR HEIRS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND AGENTS RELEASE, ASSUME ALL RISK, RESPONSIBILITY, AND LIABILITY FOR AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES AND EACH OF THEIR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY OR DEFAMATION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION; (II) ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY TAXES OR OTHER FEES ASSESSED ON ANY PRIZE); (III) VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS; AND (IV) USE OF SUCH ENTRANT'S ACCOUNT (NOTWITHSTANDING WHETHER ENTRANT HAS AUTHORIZED SUCH USE).

Privacy:

The Released Parties collect personal data from Entrants when they register for the Promotion. This information becomes the property of the Released Parties and may be combined with other information that you have submitted to them. Personal data collected from leaguescup.com/gamehub is subject to SUM's privacy policy located at https://www.leaguescup.com/legal/privacy-policy and will be handled consistent with that policy and subject to any specific privacy choices communicated to SUM. Personal information may also be disclosed to third parties in order to administer the Game and award Prizes.

Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”) respects your privacy. The website currently located at http://www.leaguescup.com, the subdomains of that website, and any official Leagues Cup digital applications (collectively, the “Websites”), are made available by SUM and its affiliates, including Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (collectively, “SUM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Third-Party Sites, Products and Services:

The Site may include links or references to other websites or services solely as a convenience to users ("Third-Party Sites"). Each Released Party does not endorse any such Third-Party Sites or the information, materials, products, or services contained on or accessible through Third-Party Sites. In addition, your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, third parties found on or through the Site are solely between you and such third party.

ACCESS AND USE OF THIRD-PARTY SITES, INCLUDING THE INFORMATION, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ON OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THIRD-PARTY SITES, IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND THE RELEASED PARTIES AND EACH OF THEIR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
