PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING OFFICIAL RULES. BY REGISTERING FOR, ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE SITE AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE GAME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING RULES, INCLUDING ANY ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND FUTURE MODIFICATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "TERMS"). IF AT ANY TIME YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME.

THE SITE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 OR TO ANY USERS PREVIOUSLY SUSPENDED OR REMOVED FROM THE SITE BY MLS. BY CLICKING THE "I AGREE" BUTTON OR BY OTHERWISE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE SITE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY SUSPENDED OR REMOVED FROM THE SITE. Welcome to Soccer United Marketing, LLC’s ("SUM" or “Sponsor”) bracket challenge website located at http://leaguescup.com/gamehub ("Site") that allows you to make predictions on the outcome of the 2026 Leagues Cup soccer tournament against others for the opportunity to win prizes (the "Game") as well as access professional soccer related news and information. The Site is hosted and managed by SUM.

The Terms are a legal contract between you, an individual customer, member, or user ("you" or “Entrant” or, collectively, "Users"), and SUM regarding your use of the Site and participation in the Game. By playing the Game, each Entrant accepts and agrees to accept and be bound by these Terms and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Bracket Entry Period: 

The Game period will begin at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 2, 2026 and end at 7:15 PM ET on August 4, 2026 prior to kickoff of the first Match of the Leagues Cup 2026 soccer tournament (the “Bracket Entry Period”).

Eligibility:

To participate in the Game, you must be an individual who resides in one of the fifty (50) United States of America, the District of Columbia, Mexico, or Canada (excluding, the Province of Quebec) and must be at least 18 years of age (each, an “Entrant”). To be eligible to win prizes, you must be at least 21 years of age; eligible persons 18 to 20 years of age may participate in the Game, but will not be eligible for prizing. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of SUM, its member professional football clubs, Major League Soccer, L.L.C. ("MLS"), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), Player Development, LLC (“PDEV” and together with MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, collectively, the “SUM Entities”), teamDigital Promotions, Inc., Federación Mexicana de Futbol (“FMF” or “Mexican National Team”) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, sponsors, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to win a prize. Such excluded employees and family members may participate in this Game, but they WILL NOT be eligible to receive any prizes. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws apply.

Entrants who do not comply with any of the requirements of these Rules or any other applicable Terms are not eligible to participate or win a prize.

How To Create an Account:

Visit the Site during the Bracket Entry Period and follow the links to sign up for or login to an existing MLS account, which may be accomplished using a social network login at the Site (an "“Account"”). Once logged in with an Account, you will then be asked to accept these Terms. Only one (1) Entry (defined below) is permitted per Account throughout the Bracket Entry Period. Entry names that are considered offensive, in the sole discretion of SUM, are not permitted. Any Entry name deemed offensive may be blocked from participating in the Game and/or winning any prize.  However, you will be provided the limited opportunity to change an offensive name within a time period set by SUM. The Entry registration form must be completed accurately and in its entirety.

Once you have successfully registered an Account, you may use the Site to complete and submit your Entry.  Only completed and submitted Entries shall be eligible for a prize.

The Released Parties and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, late, delayed, undelivered or misdirected registrations, Accounts, Entries, points, match winner selections, and submissions; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, submissions or registrations; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including, but not limited to, any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Game; errors or ambiguity in these Rules, in any Game-related advertisements or other materials; the selection or announcement of potential winners or the distribution of prizes; the cancellation, suspension or preemption of MLS games, injuries or other unavailability of players, scoring tabulation or timing errors or other problems or errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise.

How To Play and Winner Determination:

The Game is devised as a non-gambling game and is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Entrants will be awarded points based on how the Entrant’s team performs in the applicable games as detailed below.  There are two (2) ways (for eligible participants 21 years of age and older) to win prizes: 

To be eligible for a Bracket Entry Period prize you must be 21 years of age or older and create an Account as directed above and follow the instructions on the website to make your predictions during the Full Tournament Bracket Entry Period (an “Entry”). If and only if an Entrant (21 years of age or older) submits a perfect bracket (accumulates the maximum 168 points during the Bracket Entry Period as described below) they will receive the Grand Prize outlined in the Prize section below. Grand Prize aside, the one (1) Entrant (21 years of age or older) who accumulates the most points during the Bracket Entry Period as described below will receive the applicable Second Prize outlined in the Prize section below. The one (1) Entrant (21 years of age or older) who accumulates the 2nd most points during the Bracket Entry Period as described below will receive the applicable Third Prize outlined in the Prize section below. The one (1) Entrant (21 years of age or older) who accumulates the 3rd most points during the Bracket Entry Period as described below will receive the applicable Fourth Prize outlined in the Prize section below. A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded. If no Entrants (21 years of age or older) submit a perfect bracket (accumulates the maximum 168 points during the Bracket Entry Period), the Grand Prize will not be awarded.

For purposes of this Game, “Perfect Bracket” means an eligible Entry that:

1. correctly predicts the top four (4) MLS clubs and top four (4) LIGA MX clubs in their exact positions following Phase One;
2. correctly predicts all Quarterfinal, Semifinal, Third Place Match, and Final outcomes; and
3. correctly predicts the total number of tournament goals.

The tabulation of points and identification of potential winners will be conducted by judges whose decisions along with Sponsor’s are final and binding with respect to these Terms and in all other matters relating to this Game.  Prizes will be awarded to the person named on the Account regardless of whether that is the authorized account holder of the email address from which said registration form was submitted (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Terms).

In the event that any match is canceled, suspended (and not resumed) or preempted (and not resumed) for any reason during the Leagues Cup 2026, prizes as outlined below will be awarded based on points accumulated for those matches that are counted as final.

An Entrant (21 years of age or older) can win one (1) Bracket Game Prize

In the event eligible prize Entrants are tied at the conclusion of the Leagues Cup 2026, ties will be broken as follows:

Tiebreaker Rules:

Tiebreakers will be determined as follows: The first Entrant to submit their Entry during the Bracket Entry Period, as determined by Sponsor, in their sole discretion.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,004,500. 

Prize Details:

Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of prizes not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, federal, state, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) are each winner’s sole responsibility. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. SUM reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater monetary value to the prizes if for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these Terms. SUM reserves the right to withhold any taxes as required by applicable law. The Bracket Entry Period Grand and Second Prize winners will be required to supply a Social Security number (or, in Canada, a Social Insurance Number), Taxpayer ID, or fill out other forms prior to the award of any prize. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value as determined by Sponsor. Prize images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes may vary. The Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s) or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. No more than the stated prize(s) will be awarded. Gift Codes are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by Gift Code issuer. Gift Code may be awarded as a digital Code. 

Notification of Winners:

Potential Winners (who must be 21 years of age or older) will be notified via email within ten (10) business days following the conclusion of the applicable Leagues Cup 2026. Potential Winners receiving a Prize may be required to supply a Social Security number (or, in Canada, a Social Insurance Number) and/or Taxpayer ID, and/or complete, sign, and return all documentation required by Sponsor in its sole discretion (except where prohibited by law) (collectively, "Documentation"), which may include an affidavit of eligibility, declaration, publicity release, liability waiver, and/or prize claim form. All Documentation must be received by the deadline date communicated to the potential Winners at the time of notification of winning. Sponsor is not responsible for Documentation not received within the required timeframe. If a potential Winner is a resident of Canada or Mexico, such potential Winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question in order to be declared a Winner. In the event: (a) a potential Winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted based on the contact information provided in the Entry, (b) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (c) a potential Winner is found to be ineligible to enter this Game or receive the given Prize, (d) a potential Winner cannot or does not comply with the Terms, (e) any email notification to a potential Winner is returned as undeliverable for whatever reason, (f) a potential Winner fails to timely return to Sponsor the fully completed and executed Documentation; or (g) the potential Winner declines to receive the Prize to be awarded for whatever reason, the potential Winner shall be disqualified from this Game and the applicable Prize will go unawarded.

The name of the Winners may also be obtained by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Soccer United Marketing, LLC, 2 Pennsylvania Plaza, 15th Floor, New York, New York 10121.

Miscellaneous:

Except where prohibited by law, a Winner's acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the Released Parties to use such Winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media for any purpose (including advertising and publicity purposes), in perpetuity, without further compensation. 

The Released Parties and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, late, delayed, undelivered or misdirected downloads, installations, registrations, usernames, Game points, theft, destruction, failures or malfunctions of phones/mobile devices (including wireless phones/handsets or other wireless devices), phone lines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including, but not limited to, any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Game; errors or ambiguity in these Terms, in any Game-related advertisements or other materials; the selection or announcement of potential winners or the distribution of prizes; the cancellation, suspension or preemption of matches, scoring tabulation or timing errors or other problems or errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise. 

The Released Parties, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to: (1) disqualify any Entrant (and void such Entrant's points) who tampers with the submission process, the operation of the Game or any other component of this Game, or who is otherwise in violation of these Terms; and (2) modify, suspend or terminate this Game (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Game. The Released Parties reserve the right to halt or modify the Game at any time if events beyond its control compromise the Game’s fairness or integrity. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

The Released Parties reserve the right to modify these Terms for clarification purposes without materially affecting the Game. This is a Game designed to increase consumer awareness of and interest in Major League Soccer.

In the event that the Game is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, the Released Parties reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Game, or to disqualify Entrants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the Released Parties and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, sponsors, directors, members, officers, employees, agents and independent contractors shall have no liability to any Entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. 

When you use certain features, you will be asked to log-in to your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree that the information you provide during the Account registration process and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (e.g., in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your account ID, password, or any credit, debit or charge card number, if applicable), then you agree to immediately notify MLS Customer Service (feedback@mlssoccer.com). 

Inappropriate League Communication:

League chat is available for you to communicate with other Entrants.  Entrants shall not post or send messages that could be construed as offensive. If the Released Parties determine, in their sole discretion, that an Entrant is engaging in inappropriate league communication, the Released Parties reserve the right to disqualify that Entrant from participating in the Game.

Release and Indemnity:

BY ENTERING INTO THE GAME, YOU AND EACH OF YOUR HEIRS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND AGENTS RELEASE, ASSUME ALL RISK, RESPONSIBILITY, AND LIABILITY FOR AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES AND EACH OF THEIR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY OR DEFAMATION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE GAME; (II) ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY TAXES OR OTHER FEES ASSESSED ON ANY PRIZE); (III) VIOLATION OF THE RULES, AND (IV) USE OF SUCH ENTRANT’S ACCOUNT (NOTWITHSTANDING WHETHER ENTRANT HAS AUTHORIZED SUCH USE).

Privacy:

The Released Parties collect personal data from Entrants when they register for a Game. This information becomes the property of the Released Parties and may be combined with other information that you have submitted to them. Personal data collected from www.bracketchallenge.leaguescup.com is subject to the SUM's privacy policy located at https://www.leaguescup.com/legal/privacy-policy and will be handled consistent with that policy and subject to any specific privacy choices communicated to SUM. Personal data may also be disclosed to third parties in order to administer the Game and award Prizes. Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”) respects your privacy. The website currently located at http://www.leaguescup.com, the subdomains of that website, any official Leagues Cup digital applications (collectively, the “Websites”), are made available by SUM and its affiliates, including Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (collectively, “SUM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Third-Party Sites, Products and Services:

The Site may include links or references to other web sites or services solely as a convenience to users ("Third-Party Sites"). Each Released Party does not endorse any such Third-Party Sites or the information, materials, products, or services contained on or accessible through Third-Party Sites. In addition, your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, third parties found on or through the Site, are solely between you and such third party. ACCESS AND USE OF THIRD-PARTY SITES, INCLUDING THE INFORMATION, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ON OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THIRD-PARTY SITES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THE RELEASED PARTIES AND EACH OF THEIR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
