Tiebreaker Criteria for Advancement into the Round of 32:
If only 2 teams are tied in points, the Club that advances will be determined according to the result of their direct match in the Group Stage, including the penalty kicks result if applicable.
If three teams are tied in points, the following criteria will be applied:
- Best Goal Differential
- Most Goals Scored
- Fewest Goals Conceded
- Fewest Fair Play Points
- Organizing Committee Draw
According to the rules, in the case of a tie between 3 teams, the criteria will not be reapplied once the first tiebreaker is found. The order of criteria will always be descending for the 3 teams in the same tiebreaker process until a draw is necessary.
Finally, it is important to remember how the Fair Play Table works, which considers the number of yellow and red cards given to players or coaching staff:
- Yellow Card: 1 point
- Second Yellow Card: 3 points
- Direct Red Card: 4 points
- Yellow + Direct Red Card: 5 points
