These last two clubs will face each other for the third place on Saturday, August 19, aiming to secure a spot on the tournament's podium.

On the other hand, despite their efforts, Rayados couldn't find the needed goal to equalize the match and take it to penalties. They ended up falling 2-0 with a goal from Picault in the 96th minute.
If the MLS team wins the match, they will secure a spot in the 2024 CONCACAF Champions Cup. However, if CF Monterrey clinches the bronze medal, Club León will earn a place in the competition, as Rayados already have their spot reserved for the upcoming CCC 2024.
